  • Understanding the paradigm of prostitution and human trafficking, including:
  • How traffickers’ trick/obtain victims
  • How traffickers keep victims from leaving them
  • How to identify signs of human trafficking
  • Defining and differentiating sex trafficking from labor trafficking
  • Identifying who is vulnerable to being trafficked
  • The State of Minnesota’s response to trafficking
  • What resources are available to assist the victims
  • How to access these resources

Bob Penney is the owner of Copper Penney Training and the Instructor for this course. Bob retired from the Champlin Police Department as the Investigative Sergeant in 2016 after 32 years in Law Enforcement. Bob is also in his 42nd year as an Instructor at the Law Enforcement Skills Program in Brooklyn Park, MN. He has presented this course to many police officers, security officers and employees of large hotels over the last several years.
