Building Security Assessment

Copper Penney will provide a thorough exterior and interior security assessment of your building. This will include evaluating your normal day-to-day operations, along with your environmental security issues. We will also review and evaluate your current security plans or policies and make appropriate recommendations. A thorough written report will be provided to you at the completion of the assessment.

Create or Review Security Plans

These security reviews are part of the building security assessment. However, if you only desire to have your policies reviewed or created, we will be happy to assist you with this.

Active Shooter Training

These types of situations involve a violent person with a gun, who enters a business or building with the intent of shooting innocent people. Copper Penney will create policies and train your employees on the safest manner to react to these situations. Being prepared and trained for these types of situations can greatly assist in a safer and more positive outcome.

Hostile or Angry People Training

Businesses and public organizations encounter hostile or angry people often. These types of people can range from being verbally abusive to becoming physically aggressive. We will create policies and train your employees in de-escalation tactics, and appropriate actions to take in many different situations.

Personal Awareness and Protection Training

This class does not focus on physical techniques but on the importance of using skills to stay out of confrontations. We explain the importance and benefits of being physically and mentally prepared, mental imaging of situations, awareness of your surroundings, and creating a survival mindset. This class explains and shows participants how to stay out of hazardous situations. However, we train you when it’s necessary how to use appropriate confrontation skills.
